Raccoon River Northwest Tallies Second at CB Classic

The Raccoon River Northwest Wrestling Team, who Adel-DeSoto-Minburn partners with, represented well in Council Bluffs over the weekend.

RRNW was apart of the CB Classic at the Mid-America Center and totaled 493.5 points, which marked second behind Gardner Edgerton. Leading the way for RRNW was Cassidy McCallister (105 lbs.) who got first place with a fall (4 minutes and 20 seconds) against Omaha Westside’s Mara Vanderpool, Katie Biscoglia notched first with a technical fall over Gardner Edgerton’s Brielynn Jackson, Mya Van Beek finished second for weight class 100, and Natalie Keller marked fifth for weight class 145.

RRNW will travel to Pleasant Hill tomorrow for a singular match versus Southeast Polk, then will participate in a tournament at ADM High School on Saturday, beginning at 10am. The full results from the CB Classic can be found below.
