The Guthrie County Board of Supervisors met in regular session Tuesday morning.
The Board heard from the Guthrie County Library Association, who asked for a seven percent increase for the fiscal year 2027 funding request. The Board did not take action, but will consider the request during budget planning. They also approved tax abatements for two different parcels of land for the city of Bayard.
The Board then approved the motor vehicle record policy, a resolution for the certification and canvass of election results for the 2025 Rural Improvement Zone election, and discussed a few revisions to the employee performance review form. They also continued discussions on emergency medical services as an essential service, talking about putting together an advisory committee.
