Menlo is hosting its Christmas celebration today at the community building, with events scheduled throughout the afternoon and evening.

The festivities begin at 12:30pm with cookie decorating and shopping in the library until 1pm. Next, an adult and children’s Bingo game will be held from 1:30-2:30pm. The Sunny Spoon will cater dinner from 4-6pm, followed by a special visit from Santa Claus from 6-6:30pm. The evening culminates with a Christmas parade. Line-up starts at 6:30 p.m., and the parade steps off at 7pm.
