
The Panorama Basketball Teams participated in their final games of the 2025 calendar year, but came up short on the road against AC/GC, with the girls falling 45-35, and the boys were defeated 59-45.
In the girls game, the Panthers were on a two-game winning streak, while the Chargers were undefeated, but Panorama stormed out the gates, and found themselves leading 17-12 at the halftime break. AC/GC responded with a strong second half, turning the game around with 33 points and holding the Panthers to just 18 to win comfortably at 45-35.
Despite the good effort, Panorama falls to 2-5 on the year, with the Chargers moving to 7-0.
On the boys side, the Panthers were still searching for their first victory, being tied with the Chargers at 16 after the first quarter. AC/GC would take a slight 29-26 lead into the halftime locker room. The game stayed close in the third quarter, as the Chargers had the advantage at 44-39, before a 15-6 final period set the difference, as AC/GC went on to win 59-45.
Panorama remains winless at 0-7, while the Chargers go to 2-4 on the season. AC/GC will now be off until January 6th, hitting the road to Des Moines Christian, while the Panthers will travel to Pleasantville on January 5th.
