A look at some of the 2025 Festival of Trees entries on display in the Carnegie Library Museum in Perry. Allison Ullmann/Raccoon Valley Radio

An annual holiday event is coming to an end in Perry, though there’s still time to view the festive entries.

Trees, nativities, Santa collections and more are on display throughout both floors of the Carnegie Library Museum through January 3. Perry Adult Services Librarian Mindy Farmer says this year’s festival includes a record 61 entries from businesses, churches, organizations and individuals.

She encourages community members to check out the creative holiday displays and to vote for their favorite entry.

The Festival of Trees will be available to view for free while the museum is open. Community members will be able to vote for their favorite displays through January 3.

The Carnegie Library is open Tuesdays through Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. The museum is closed Sundays and Mondays and will also be closed on Christmas Eve, Christmas and New Year’s Day.
