The Panora Public Library is getting ready for a fun challenge for patrons.

Director Molly Allen says that they will begin a Winter Reading Challenge for their patrons starting on January 15, 2026. She tells Raccoon Valley Radio that individuals of all ages will be able to participate.

“We will have a different bingo card for kids and for adults. And adults will be reading m to win gift cards. And kids that complete the challenge can attend a pizza party with games at the library in March after the reading challenge ends.”

Allen mentions that this should be a fun way to help promote reading in their patrons, and maybe introduce new titles or genres to them as well. She adds that the challenge will end on March 26, 2026, so there will be plenty of time for individuals to participate.
