Families looking to celebrate the new year early can join the Adel Public Library tomorrow.

The library will host a Noon Year’s Eve Party starting at 11 a.m. Programming Specialist Lily Schwarz says the event is geared toward children 3-8 years old. She adds that the celebration wrap up with a countdown and a balloon drop right at noon.

Adel isn’t the only library or business hosting Noon Year’s Eve events tomorrow.

The Roy R. Estle Memorial Library in Dallas Center will ring in the new year from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. The celebration will include snacks, games, music and a ball drop at noon.

Perry Hy-Vee will also join in on the fun with a free event from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. The family-friendly celebration will include games and activities.
