There’s still time to view holiday displays before the Festival of Trees wraps up this weekend in Perry.
Trees, nativities, Santa collections and more are on display throughout both floors of the Carnegie Library Museum through Saturday. This year’s festival includes 61 entries from businesses, churches, organizations and individuals.
Volunteer Co-Chair Laura Stebbins says that number is up from 52 last year and is the most entries ever for the Festival of Trees.
“I’m just happy with the diversity (of entries). We do get businesses, we get churches, we get individuals doing them, we get organizations, which I think is very cool. It’s very diverse, there’s definitely something for everybody I would say.”
Stebbins encourages community members to check out the creative holiday displays and to vote for their favorite entry through Saturday.
The Festival of Trees will be available to view for free while the museum is open.
The Carnegie Library is open Tuesdays through Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. The museum will be closed on New Year’s Day.
