Dallas Center-Grimes girls wrestling has had remarkable team performances in duals this season, and the Mustangs have leaned on some of their top wrestlers and state hopefuls as we close out 2025.
Georgia Edwards and Addyson Bowers lead the Mustangs in total wins and team points with 19 and 114, respectively. Out of Edwards’ 19 wins on the season, ten have come by fall, and two have been tech falls. Bowers has 18 wins on her season, tied for second with Nia Kiley. Bowers has 15 wins via fall, which leads DCG. Kiley has earned her wins with 13 pins and one tech fall.
Jenah Gray has been great to begin this season as well. She is second on the team in total points with 107 and just outside the team leaders with 17 match wins. 12 of those wins have come by way of a fall, and one from a tech fall.
Aubrey Borcherding, Sabrina Macke, Ashtyn Jahangir, and Maddie McMullen are all in the double digits in wins as well, with Macke the only wrestler out of the four with double-digit pins to go along with her win total.
The Mustangs look to continue their success this Saturday at the CPU Varsity Girls Wrestling Invitational.
