Now that the holidays are over, the Adel Public Library is gearing up for its Winter Reading Program.

Programming Specialist Lily Schwarz says the program will kick off on January 12 and will run through February 28, and this year’s theme is “Reading Makes You Bright.”

She details that the program will feature a bingo sheet and after getting three bingos, patrons can bring it in for a raffle ticket. The ticket can then be dropped into a prize bucket for any age.

Schwarz says residents can stop by the library to get signed up starting on January 12.
