The Adel-DeSoto-Minburn Boys Wrestling Team competed in the Gary Christensen Tournament in Winterset on Saturday, placing third out of 15 schools.

The Tigers scored 182.5 points, sitting behind Osage and Urbandale, who won the meet. ADM’s Grayson Sutter, at weight class 138, won first place by getting Carlisle’s Sullivan Baccam by a fall (1 minute and 53 seconds). Other Tigers who placed well included Ethan Johnson (150 lbs.) and Paxton Sutter (106 lbs.) tallying second place, and it was Landon Moorhead (126 lbs.) finishing in third with a 10-3 decision over Urbandale’s Kaleb Gray.

ADM will host senior night in Adel on Thursday with duals set up against Boone and Woodward-Granger. The full results from the Gary Christensen Tournament can be found below.
