Wildcats’ Fuller Leads The Way at Crusaders Wrestling Invite

The West Central Valley Boys Wrestling Team participated in the Crusader Invitational in Coon Rapids on Saturday, as Mason Fuller grabbed first place.

The Wildcats acquired 127 points for fifth place overall in a field of eight teams. West Central Valley’s Mason Fuller, at 138 pounds, marked first place with a fall victory over South Central Calhoun’s Tucker Freimuth (1 minute and 36 seconds), then it was Cody Rodriguez (150 lbs.) getting second, then it was Tyler Peugh (113 lbs.), Drew Teague (126 lbs.), and Clylir Joint (132 lbs.) all garnering third place.

The Wildcats are back on the mat this afternoon on the road in Woodbine against AHSTW, CAM, and Woodbine, starting at 5:30pm. The full results from the Crusaders Invite can be found below.
