DCG basketball hits the road to take on the Pella Christian Eagles on Tuesday night in a Little Hawkeye conference matchup.

The girls lead off the evening with the tip-off scheduled for 6 pm. The Eagles come into this contest losing four of their last seven games, but got back on track with a win last night at home against Knoxville. The Mustangs had an impressive victory last time out in Indianola with a 63-53 grind-it-out win. DCG is looking to move into the double digits with a win tonight.

The boys will follow the girls against Pella Christian, who is 6-3 this season and just had a three-game win streak snapped by number five-ranked Pella High School in a heated rivalry game. The Mustangs are coming off an incredible comeback victory at Indianola. They were down eight points at halftime and outscored the Indians by 16 points in the second half to win 58-50 Friday night.

Both teams look to keep pace in the Little Hawkeye conference tonight. Tip-off for Tuesday night’s festivities is scheduled for 6 pm. You catch the action on KDLS2 and raccoonvalleyradio.com.
