10:03am: A deputy conducted a welfare check on Linwood Avenue near 230th Street.

1:40pm: Lawrence Oneal 51 of Grand Junction was booked into the jail to serve a sentence.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
