The Perry City Council will meet in regular session on Monday.

Items on the agenda that are seeking approval include a pay application for the Downtown Improvements Phase I Project, site plan for the ADR Axles USA Production Facility and MAP Retirement Plan Design and Administration Proposal for the Police Trust Deferred Comp Plan.

Other items seeking approval include setting public hearings for proposals to enter into general obligation loan agreements and two proposed zoning amendments, along with resolutions for making council appointments to the Central Iowa Regional Transportation Planning Alliance, a quotation with Municipal Pipe Tool for the 2026 CIPP Sanitary Sewer Project and a 6-month proposal with Aurigo Essentials for Capital Improvement Software Services.

The meeting is open to the public and will be held at 6 p.m. Monday inside the Clarion Room of the Security Bank Building, 1102 Willis Avenue, in Perry.
