
The Greene County Board of Supervisors will meet today.
The Board will consider for approval the County Treasurer’s Quarterly Investment Report, as well as the semi-annual report. Then at 9am, the Supervisors will act as the Drainage District Board of Trustees and will continue a public hearing about the proposed improvement project on Drainage District 20. Then, following the hearing will be consideration of appointing AgriVia as the engineer and will also review three potential wetland projects in the Drainage District.
When the Supervisors return to their session, they will hear a 2027 fiscal year funding request from the Multicultural Family Resource Center, followed by a resolution to hire a full-time jailer for the Greene County Sheriff’s Office.
