The Panorama School Board approved an infrastructure item in their January meeting.

Superintendent Kasey Huebner shares that some of their buildings need some attention. He tells Raccoon Valley Radio that there are a few specific places they are looking at.

“We’re going through the process to get bids of what our elementary roof replacement would cost. And if our bids would come back favorably, we would add the roof over the weight room.”

Huebner explains that they are beginning a process of testing the buildings for asbestos, and to make sure there are no other hidden issues. He adds that they will also be using Physical Plant and Equipment Levy and Secure an Advanced Vision for Education funds to cover the costs.
