The Perry City Council met in regular session on Monday.

The council approved a resolution for the site plan for the ADR Axles USA Production Facility, located at 303 Soumas Avenue in the Perry Industrial Park. Perry City Administrator Sven Peterson says the plans were designed with a future expansion in mind.

Items on the agenda that were approved included a pay application for the Downtown Improvements Phase I Project and MAP Retirement Plan Design and Administration Proposal for the Police Trust Deferred Comp Plan.

Other items that were approved included setting public hearings for proposals to enter into general obligation loan agreements and three proposed zoning amendments, along with resolutions for making council appointments to the Central Iowa Regional Transportation Planning Alliance, a quotation with Municipal Pipe Tool for the 2026 CIPP Sanitary Sewer Project and a 6-month proposal with Aurigo Essentials for Capital Improvement Software Services.
