10:01am: A deputy transported an inmate from the Greene County Jail to Anamosa State Prison.

11:53am: Deputies performed a welfare check in the 400 block of Harding Street in Churdan.

1:19pm: Deputies performed a traffic stop in the 600 block of Harding Street in Churdan. The driver Michael Hart (45) of Churdan was arrested for operating while intoxicated.

1:50pm: Michael Hart (45) of Churdan was booked into the Greene County Jail for operating while intoxicated 2nd offense.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
