US President Donald Trump is set to visit Iowa next week.

Iowa’s Third Congressional District Representative Zach Nunn is excited to welcome the President into his district to deliver a speech highlighting the Big Beautiful Bill to showcase different aspects that impact Iowans, including saving money.

“It means we have now passed and Americans are receiving the largest tax cut in American history. That’s real money in people’s pockets to invest on the farm, to be able to spend on their kids, to be able to commit to our communities and not send it off to Washington, D.C.”  

Nunn also talks about another part of what he is hoping President Trump will spotlight about this year is driving down costs.

“Making sure that families are able to afford their first home, it means making sure that fuel prices and energy independence get to where they need to be. Inflation is finally cooling, it’s about 2.5 percent, mortgage rates are coming down for the first time in four years, and I think we’ve also made a real commitment here on not just border security but backing law enforcement.”    

Nunn is proud of the work he accomplished within the Big Beautiful Bill such as rolling back red tape for small businesses to gain a better footing and helping to decrease the amount of people that fall victim to scams. President Trump will be in Iowa on Tuesday.
