7:21am: A deputy responded to the 800 block of S Avenue for a car vs deer accident. The driver Paul Subbert (50) of Paton was driving a red 2012 Jeep Wrangler. The deer caused an estimated $2,500 in damages.

9:35am: Wylie Zellers (22) of Hailey, Idaho was booked into the Greene County to serve jail time for operating while intoxicated.

12:11pm: A deputy assisted the Department of Corrections with a welfare check in the 400 block of Harding Street in Churdan.

2:52pm: A deputy performed a welfare check in the 200 block of 210th Street.

9:21pm: Tythaniel Sinkuler (36) of Jefferson was booked into the Greene County Jail for assault causing bodily injury.

9:25pm: A deputy performed a welfare check in the 700 block of Walnut Street in Scranton.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
