
The Panorama Basketball Teams are gearing up to host AC/GC tonight for a conference battle in Panora.
The Chargers won the first time around in Guthrie Center on December 19th, as the girls stormed back for a 45-35 win and the boys rolled to a 59-45 victory. During that initial contest, Panthers senior Morgan Crees was the high player with 18 points, then Chargers’ senior Camdyn Richter also captured 18 points. Panorama is 5-10 on the season, while AC/GC sits at 11-3 overall.
In the boys game, Panther senior Brayden Galvan led the way with 13 points, followed by junior Reed Draper who added 12. Charger seniors Joe Crawford and Thomas Skram combined for 37 points to carry AC/GC to victory. Panorama is at 1-13 on the year, and AC/GC currently sits at 5-8 overall.
The games will be played in Panora tonight, as the girls get underway at 6pm, with the boys set to follow. Raccoon Valley Radio will broadcast the matchup on K107.9 KKRF.
