The West Central Valley Girls and Boys Wrestling Teams will take part in the Interstate 35 Tournament in Truro today.

Both Wildcat squads had one previous competition this week, as the girls were in Mount Ayr on Tuesday, while the boys participated in Martensdale on Thursday. For the West Central Valley girls, they picked up a victory against Shenandoah 18-12, tied with Mount Ayr at 18 apiece, and then lost to Southwest Valley 30-21. On the boys side for the Wildcats, they dropped matches to Earlham 58-12 and Martensdale-St. Mary’s 41-15.

Both meets will take place at I-35 High School in Truro, as the boys get rolling first at 9am, followed by the girls at 9:30am.
