Jan. 22

Brandon De Leon, age 19, 3218 7th St, Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for Violated Probation Terms.

Kaitlyn Hartley, Adel, was traveling on Meredith Drive at 10th St in Waukee. She entered the intersection in front of a dump truck. A collision occurred when the truck, driven by Damir Redzic, Waukee, was unable to avoid the car that had pulled in front of his truck. Both parties were taken to the hospital for evaluation of injuries. Both vehicles had an estimated $30,000 damage and were towed from the scene.

Larry Hamling, Urbandale, was driving on R ave near Hidden Valley Dr, when he hit a deer. No injuries were reported and damage was estimated at $7,500. The vehicle was driven from the scene.

Jan. 23

Lawrence Torres, age 42, 445 Northview Dr, Waukee, was issued a Summons To Appear for Operating While Under The Influence. He was also issued a citation for Failure To Maintain Control and Use Electronic Communication Device, after he was driving on the ramp of Mile Marker 117 on I80. He left the roadway and his vehicle rolled. No injuries were reported and damage was estimated at $10,000. The vehicle was towed from the scene.

Timothy Seils, age 39, 3012 Sheridan Ave, Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for Violated Probation Terms.

Jordan Saywahn, age 18, 354 Juniper Dr, Waukee, was arrested on a warrant for Violated Probation Terms.

Jan. 25

Clay Wuebker, age 24, 2209 State Street, Granger, was arrested for Driving While License Denied or Revoked.

Danielle Beaman, Dexter, was driving in the 33000 block of Old Hwy 6 when she hit a deer. No injuries were reported and damage was estimated at $15,000. The vehicle was to be privately towed.

A criminal charge is merely an accusation, the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
