Tuesday, January 26th

3:15am: A deputy and a Jefferson Police Officer assisted the Greene County Medical Center with an out-of-control patient.

7:16am: A juvenile was booked into the Greene County Jail for assault with intent to inflict serious injury, public intoxication and permit minor use on property 1st offense.

11:39am: A deputy performed a welfare check in the 1400 block of U Avenue.

11:49am: A deputy investigated a theft complaint in the 600 block of Main Street in Scranton.

2:28pm: A deputy transported a juvenile to the Greene County Medical Center.

3:16pm: A deputy took a report of a scam.

6:17pm: A deputy was advised of a dog bite in the 500 block of State Street in Scranton.

10:12pm: A deputy responded to a report of a structure fire in the 2000 block of 305th Street. The structure had rekindled from over the weekend.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
