Mid-term caucuses will be held across the state on Monday and locations in Dallas County have been announced. 

The Dallas County Democrats will have three caucus sites in Adel, Perry and Waukee. The Adel precincts of one, two, three, Sugar Grove/Dallas Center, Adel and Van Meter townships, DeSoto, Adams/Colfax, Van Meter City and DeSoto will be held at the Raccoon Valley Bank Community House, 1016 Main Street, in Adel.

Perry precincts one, two, three, Spring Valley/Dallas, Beaver/Des Moines and Lincoln/Washington/Linn will take place at the Perry Public Library, 1101 Willis Avenue. Waukee precincts 1-10, Clive 5-8, West Des Moines 221-227; West Des Moines 321-322; Urbandale 14-18; Grimes/ Walnut will happen at Prairieview School, 655 SE University Avenue, in Waukee.

The Dallas County Republicans will have seven caucus sites in Adel, Perry, Grimes, Van Meter, Waukee and West Des Moines. Locally, Adel precincts one, two, three, Adel Township, Adams – Colfax and Union will convene at ADM High School, 801 Nile Kinnick Drive, Adel.

Perry precincts one, two, three, Spring Valley/Dallas, Beaver/Des Moines and Lincoln/Washington/Linn will meet at Perry High School, 1200 18th Street.

All caucuses will begin at 7 p.m. Anyone who wants to attend a caucus must be a registered voter for that political party, which can be done at the door on Monday night.
