Time is running out to apply for a grant through the Guthrie County Community Foundation (GCCF).
GCCF anticipates a 2026 funding cycle similar to 2025, when it awarded over $215,000 to more than 30 organizations serving Guthrie County residents. Funding is available to 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations and government entities. Eligible groups must either be located within Guthrie County or provide services to county residents, such as city emergency services, children’s programs, and activities that enhance the lives of residents.
Interested applicants can find applications and eligibility information on the GCCF website. Questions can be directed to the Foundation via email, or by contacting a member of the Board of Directors, whose list will be available in the online version of this story. The deadline to submit applications for 2026 funding is tonight at midnight.
Board Members: Ryan Albers, Andrew Arganbright, Ruth Blomquist, Tamara Deal, Dwight Dinkla, Joni Dvorak, Mary Ebert, Diane Flanery, Carla Hilgenberg, Kirby Klinge, Troy Miller, Jeremy Muell, Ashley Pieper, Tom Rutledge, and Stacey Simmons.
