The Perry City Council will meet in regular session on Monday.

Items on the agenda that are seeking approval include general purpose loan agreements, following two public hearings, an amendment to the Upper Story Housing Conversion Grant Contract, a proposal with DGR Engineering for professional services and a services agreement with Safe Building LLC.

Other items seeking approval include first readings for three zone ordinances, following public hearings. 

The meeting is open to the public and will be held at 6 p.m. Monday inside the Clarion Room of the Security Bank Building, 1102 Willis Avenue, in Perry.
