The Adel-DeSoto-Minburn Girls Bowling Team competed at the Iowa Class 2A Region 2 State Qualifying Meet at Perfect Games Alley in Ames, as the Tigers placed fifth overall and sophomore Alabama Astley advanced to the 2026 state tournament.

ADM notched fifth with 1856 total points, out of eight schools, ahead of Bondurant-Farrar, Norwalk, and Des Moines Hoover. As a team, Keokuk won the meet with 2427 points. Individually, Tiger sophomore Alabama Astley bowled 507 pins through three games to make it to the state tournament.

The Class 2A Individual State Tournament will be held next Wednesday, February 11th at Cadillac XBC in Waterloo, starting at 9am.
