4:29am: A deputy was advised of debris on the roadway in the 2300 block of 220th Street.

8:57am: A deputy investigated a harassment complaint in the 1900 block of Neola Avenue.

8:01pm: Deputies were advised of an accident in the 1500 block of 265th Street. The driver Auston Baugh (40) of Panora was operating a 2022 Toyota Tacoma. The Tacoma was a total loss.

Saturday, January 31st

1:41am: A deputy was advised of an alarm in the 100 block of Main Street East in Grand Junction.

3:50am: A deputy was advised of a 911 hang up in the 800 block of Hager Street East in Grand Junction.

6:22am: A deputy assisted the Jefferson Police Department with an assault in the 100 block of West Monroe Street in Jefferson.

7:45am: Tythaniel Sinkuler (36) of Jefferson was booked into the Greene County Jail for domestic assault impeding air/blood flow, violation of no contact order.

10:59am: A deputy towed a vehicle in the 600 block of 18th Street North in Grand Junction.

1:25pm: A deputy was advised of a welfare check in the 800 block of State Street in Scranton.

4:32pm: A deputy was advised of a driving complaint in the 1700 block of U Avenue.

7:24pm: A deputy was advised of cattle out in the 1600 block of U Avenue

Sunday, February 1st

8:00am: A deputy was advised of an alarm in the 800 block of Fitzpatrick Street in Churdan.

10:59am: A deputy assisted the Jefferson Police Department on East State Street and North Wilson Avenue.

7:49pm: A deputy assisted the Greene County Ambulance in the 1500 block of 222nd Street.

8:38pm: A deputy responded to the 300 block of 11th Street South in Grand Junction for a report of criminal mischief.

Monday, February 2nd

5:15pm: A deputy investigated a two-vehicle accident on S Avenue near 220th Street. Brady Pate of Ottosen was driving south on S Avenue. Pate was driving a 2008 Ford F-250 with a trailer. The trailer disconnected from the truck and struck Marc Peterson’s 2016 Chevrolet Suburban. The estimated damage to Pate’s vehicle is 4,000 dollars. The estimated damage to Peterson’s vehicle is 4,000 dollars. Pate was issued a citation for failure to maintain control.

6:43pm: A deputy investigated a car deer accident on Neola Avenue near 257th Street. Sy Koppen of Des Moines struck a deer with a 2022 Kia Sol causing an estimated 5,000 dollars.

7:46pm: A deputy investigated a driving complaint on 220th Street near S Avenue.

9:43pm: Tyler Kokenge 44 of Jefferson was booked into the jail for a probation violation.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
