The Greene County High School Fine Arts Hall of Fame 2026 Induction Class was recently announced.

According to Activities Director David Wright, the five individuals range from graduation classes in the 1950s to the late 2010s. He says the first member of the 2026 Class is D. Douglas Miller for instrumental music and a 1959 Jefferson High School graduate. Wright states that Kathy Cuddy is another inductee as a vocalist, who graduated from Jefferson High School in 1971. He details the next 2026 Hall of Fame inductee who also graduated from Jefferson High School in 1976, Mary Aldrich for instrumental music. 

Wright reveals the next member is Peter Thompson for instrumental music, who is a 1997 Jefferson-Scranton High School graduate. He adds the final member of the 2026 induction class is a 2017 Greene County High School graduate for vocal music with Michael Kennedy.

The induction ceremony will take place on March 7th at the high school auditorium at 4:30pm with a reception happening prior to the event from 4-4:30pm in the commons area.
