Those looking ahead to spring can attend a vegetable program in Adel next week.

Horticulture & Conservation Program Educator Megan Will says Iowa State University Extension and Outreach of Dallas County will host Vegetable Seed Starting from 6-7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, February 11 at the Dallas County Extension Office, 28061 Fairground Road, in Adel. 

She adds that the program will help teach participants best practices for starting vegetable plants from seed to grow their own tomatoes, peppers and more.
