Adel-DeSoto-Minburn Basketball senior Hudson Shull recently returned to the starting lineup, after missing the past several games, and discusses how he’s been reclaiming his offensive rhythm.
Shull exploded for 20 points during Tuesday’s 79-33 win against Indianola, as he dropped six three-pointers on the night. He made his return this past Friday versus Ballard, but was not connecting on his shot, although the Tigers were able to beat the Bombers 62-57. ADM did not come into Tuesday’s game complacent following a big Raccoon River Conference victory, instead they looked hungry from the jump against the Indians, specifically with Shull finding his place on the floor. He was happy with his performance on Tuesday.
“It felt good to get back into rhythm. The Ballard game (my shot) wasn’t really there, my legs were a little tired, but we got back at it, and just trust myself, trust my confidence, and the ball was going in.”
ADM is currently sitting at 15-2 on the season, as they prepare for a Raccoon River Conference matchup tomorrow on the road in Gilbert, beginning at 7:30pm following the girls game.
