12:25pm: A deputy investigated an animal neglect complaint in the 600 block of Jay Street, Jefferson.

4:39pm: Jesse Edwards 43 of Fort Dodge was booked into the jail for a violation of probation.

7:47pm: Kyle Habrich 37 of Boone was booked into the jail for possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana 1st offense, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

9:20pm: A deputy assisted a motorist on 330th Street near F Avenue.

10:50pm: A deputy assisted with a medical call in the 700 block of Oak Street, Scranton.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
