The Greene County Board of Supervisors will meet tomorrow morning.

The Board will hear an update from the Jefferson City Administrator and 2027 fiscal year department budgets from the Sheriff and Attorney’s Offices. They will also consider for approval a quote for a server replacement, a resolution soliciting a proposal for a memorial to honor the Schoolboy Soldiers of Rippey during the Civil War era, a contract to extend the terms of the recycling program with the city of Jefferson and a resolution to transfer funds for the Greene County Courthouse HVAC project.

Additionally, the Board will consider approving several documents related to the Paton-Churdan Early Learning Center grant for a new building project, payments to AgriVia for work done in January and a separate project as the Drainage District Board of Trustees, along with setting a bid opening date for a replacement project on DD 20. Finally, the Board will conduct an employee review of the courthouse custodian that could go into a closed session.

The meeting will be held in-person and remotely at 8:30am from the boardroom of the Greene County Courthouse in Jefferson. Those who want to access the meeting remotely, must click here to register before being allowed into the meeting on Zoom.
