The Panora City Council will meet in regular session Monday night.

The Council will consider for approval the signing of the City Council Personal Code of Conduct, a resolution finally adopting the restated plan for the Panora Urban Revitalization Area, then the first reading of an ordinance amending ordinances designating the Panora Urban Revitalization area. They will also consider for approval a water meter access policy, and set a public hearing regarding the proposed fiscal year 2026 budget.

The Council will then consider for approval a resolution approving a revision to the employee handbook regarding pay increases for electric utility certifications, appoint a member to the planning and zoning commission, then hold a fiscal year 2027 budget workshop.
