The Perry basketball teams enter their final full week of basketball contests, the Bluejays and Jayettes look to celebrate senior night at home on Tuesday during their final double header at Perry High School.

The Jayettes and Bluejays will face off against the Grand View Christian Thunder, with the girls set to battle first at 6pm with the boys to follow at 7:30. The Jayettes will honor and recognize their lone senior, Karagyn Whelchel, a key starter and shooter for the Jayettes.

For the boys, the Bluejays look to honor four seniors on this year’s squad. Gustavo Drahos, Jacobo Cerna-Gomez, Nile McClintock, and Carlos Martinez are all set to wrap up their basketball careers with the Bluejays, but look to end their careers with post season success.

The final home double header is scheduled for Tuesday, with Perry playing host to the Grand View Christian Thunder. Coverage on KDLS is set to begin at 5:45pm with tip off for the girls first at 6pm.
