The Adel City Council will meet in regular session tomorrow.

The council will hear a request for donation from the City of Adel for a Memorial for Fallen Law Enforcement Officers on the Raccoon River Valley Trail from Dallas County Sheriff Adam Infante.

Items on the agenda seeking approval include resolutions fixing a date for a meeting on the authorization of a loan agreement and the issuance of not to exceed $5,100,000 General Obligation Capital Loan and three pre-annexation agreements.

Other items seeking approval include resolutions for an intergovernmental agreement with Dallas County for the 288th trail base stabilization and paving project, updating aquatic center rates and season pass structure and setting a public hearing for proposed property tax amounts and new taxpayer statements.

The council may also go into closed session to discuss union negotiations.

The meeting will be held at 6 p.m. tomorrow at Adel City Hall, 301 S 10th Street.
