Funeral services for Bill Mains, 81, of rural Redfield, will be held on Saturday, February 14, 2026, at 10:30 a.m. at the Lamb Funeral Home in Greenfield with burial in the Monteith Cemetery, rural Guthrie County.  A luncheon will follow the burial at the Community Building in Menlo.  The Lamb Funeral Home in Greenfield is in charge of the professional arrangements.  Online condolences may be left to the family at www.lambfuneralhomes.com.

Family Visitation:  The family will greet friends on Friday, February 13, 2026, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Lamb Funeral Home in Greenfield.

Survivors:   Bill is survived by his wife, Barb Mains; son, Bryan Mains of Redfield; daughter, Brenda Meisenheimer (Jerry) of Greenfield; grandchildren, Chrystian (Breanne) Meisenheimer of West Des Moines, Mackenzie, Trevor, Grant, Taylor and Evan Meisenheimer all of Greenfield; two sisters, Marilyn Jones (Paul) of Menlo and Patsy Evans (Neil) of Earlham; three brothers, Chuck Mains (Cindy) of Redfield, Kevin Mains (Lisa) of Redfield and Doug Mains of Dexter; other relatives and friends.
