12:00pm: April Steil 46 of Des Moines was booked into the jail for theft 4th degree and failure to appear.

5:18pm: A deputy investigated a fight in the 1000 block of East Railroad Street, Grand Junction.

6:10pm: A deputy investigated a dispute in the 900 block of Cedar Street, Scranton.

6:36pm: A deputy investigated a harassment complaint in the 1000 block of East Railroad Street, Grand Junction.

7:25pm: Brian Newton 37 of Grand Junction was booked into the jail for consuming alcohol in public.

7:28pm: Karen Gillman 61 of Scranton was booked into the jail for theft 1st degree.

8:53pm: A deputy arrested Andrew Wempe 43 of Scranton in the 900 block of Cedar Street, Scranton. Wempe was charged with a violation of a no contact order.

10:50pm: A deputy assisted a jailer with an unruly inmate.

Saturday, February 7th

12:01am: A deputy assisted a motorist on Neola Avenue near 265th Street.

3:30am: A deputy investigated a trespass complaint in the 1000 block of State Street, Scranton.

9:45am: A deputy investigated a civil issue in the 300 block of Irving Street, Scranton.

2:47pm: Derlin Martinez 31 of Jefferson was booked into the jail for criminal mischief 4th degree and harassment 3rd degree.

3:59pm: A deputy investigated a driving complaint on 290th Street near 3rd Street, Rippey.

Sunday, February 8th

10:56am: A deputy assisted a jailer with an unruly inmate.

11:11am: A deputy investigated a civil issue in the 600 block of State Street, Scranton

11:51am: A deputy investigated a criminal mischief complaint in the 700 block of School Street, Churdan.

12:37pm: A deputy assisted with a medical call in the 100 block of Percival Street, Rippey.

1:53pm: A deputy investigated a driving complaint on 220th Street near S Avenue.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
