The Panorama Girls Wrestling Team will be bringing back the majority of their roster for the 2026-27 season, after a successful year.

Out of the 11 girls on the Panthers roster, senior Ella Carico will be the only individual graduating. Panorama’s final competition was on January 30th in Colfax for the Class 1A Region 2 State Qualifying Meet, where they tied for 13th as a team. Carico lost to Wayne’s Emalee Moorman by a fall (3 minutes and 46 seconds) to end her high school career. Two of the biggest leaders for the Panthers this year were sophomore Emma Walker and junior Gracie Recker, who will look to be pivotal factors to charge the future of the program. 

Walker finished in third place at the Regional Tournament, just missing out on a state appearance.
