The search for a new superintendent of Perry Schools continues and input from the community is needed.
The Perry School Board recently hired Grundmeyer Leader Services to help with the search for a new superintendent following the announcement by Clark Wicks that he will be retiring as the superintendent at the end of the current school year.
Board President Linda Andorf says the search firm has started to accept applications. She details that the board is seeking input from the community to help identify desired personal and professional characteristics. The survey will be open through February 15.
Andorf adds that in-person forums will be held at 3 and 6 p.m. on Wednesday at the Perry Performing Arts Center.
