A Jefferson man was recently arrested following an investigation by the Greene County Sheriff’s Office and the Jefferson Police Department.
According to court documents, following an investigation by the Sheriff’s Office on August 5, 2025 of an alleged drug bust in northern Greene County, an individual from Jefferson was found on that suspect’s cell phone that had a texting thread about allegedly selling methamphetamine.
Court documents show that the investigators executed a search warrant on August 14, 2025 at the home of 37-year-old Sean Pollard, where marijuana, methamphetamine and other drug paraphernalia was recovered. They also found what appeared to be a meeting where controlled substances were being used. The criminal complaint shows that investigators discovered that Pollard had allegedly been purchasing and selling methamphetamine from another person.
An arrest warrant was issued on August 29th charging Pollard with a Class B Felony for ongoing criminal conduct-criminal network, a Class C Felony for intent to deliver methamphetamine, a Class D Felony for gathering where controlled substances are used, an aggravated misdemeanor for his second offense for possession of methamphetamine, a serious misdemeanor for his second offense for possession of marijuana and a simple misdemeanor for possession of drug paraphernalia.
He was arrested on February 9th and was booked into the Greene County Jail where he remains under a $40,000 cash or surety bond. Raccoon Valley Radio will bring you more information as it becomes official.
