With the upcoming President’s Day holiday on Monday, it’s important to be aware of closures around Dallas County. 

For Adel residents, Adel City Hall will be closed on Monday for observance of the holiday. The Adel Public Library will also be closed for President’s Day and will reopen on Tuesday.

Perry City Offices, Perry Water Works, the McCreary Community Building and the Perry Public Library will be shut on Monday. While the McCreary Building will be closed, members can still access the 24-Hour Fitness Room. Tuesday’s garbage routes will be picked up on Wednesday. The Perry City Council meeting scheduled for Monday will be held at 6 p.m. on Tuesday in the Clarion Room in the Security Bank Building, 1102 Willis Avenue. 

On the county level, the Dallas County Courthouse will be open on Monday.
