
The Panora City Council met in regular session Monday night.
The Council began by signing the City Council Personal Code of Conduct, then approved a resolution adopting the restated plan for the Panora Urban Revitalization Area, and adopted said resolution as an ordinance. They also set a public hearing regarding a proposed fiscal year 2026 budget amendment for general fund transfers previously approved, a revision to the employee handbook relating to pay increases for electric utility certifications. The Council then appointed Shane Gliem to the Planning and Zoning Commission, then held a fiscal year 2027 budget workshop.
