The Greene County boys’ basketball team takes its 3-18 record to Woodward tonight to face 13-8 Woodward-Granger in the opening round of Class 2A District 4 basketball. It’s a 7 p.m. tip and the game can be heard on KG98 and streamed on www.raccoonvalleyradio.com.

The Hawks are from the West Central Activities Conference, but will be joining the Rams and eight other schools in the Heart of Iowa Activities Conference next school year.

Paton-Churdan is 7-15 under the direction of Coach Josh Cerveny while IKM-Manning will be playing on their home floor in Manning. The Wolves are 13-8 this season and they are members of the Western Iowa Conference while the Rockets belong to the Rolling Valley Activities Conference.
