Head coach Josh Cerveny told Raccoon Valley Radio, “First, I want to thank my assistant Kyle Wright for stepping into a hard role and filling in for me tonight. He did a great job. I also want to thank the girls’ coach, Tom Kennedy, for helping him. We knew we would have to play 32 minutes hard tonight and react to adversity when it hit. Second half we didn’t come out with the energy we needed to come out with. It’s going to be a big offseason for us. We lose three seniors who had a big impact this season. We need to continue to develop the underclassmen.”
