Tuesday, February 17th

10:26am: A deputy investigated a two-vehicle accident at the intersection of 9th Street and Main Street, Grand Junction. Conner McDowell of Jefferson was driving a 2024 Mack semi with a grain trailer. McDowell backed up from the stop sign to give another semi room to turn but did not see the vehicle behind him. Janice Johnston of Rippey was stopped on 9th Street when the semi backed into her 2017 Ford Taurus. The grain trailer had an estimated 500 dollars damage. The Taurus had an estimated 4,000 dollars damage. McDowell was cited for unsafe backing.

11:00am: A deputy investigated a civil issue in the 400 block of N Avenue.

2:56pm: A deputy investigated a civil issue in the 1000 block of Grant Street, Scranton.

5:28pm: A deputy investigated an assault in the 1000 block of 130th Street.

7:17pm: A deputy investigated an abandoned 911 call in the 300 block of 120th Street.

9:37pm: A deputy investigated a driving complaint on 220th Street near W Avenue.

Wednesday, February 18th

12:43am: A deputy investigated a trespassing complaint in the 1000 block of Fitzpatrick Street, Churdan.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
