The Adel-DeSoto-Minburn Boys Basketball Team will be hosting the Class 3A Region 6 First Round game tonight in Adel versus Clarke Community.

The Tigers are on the quest to return to the state tournament after making an appearance last season. ADM concluded the season with a record of 19-2, and finished 14-2 inside the Raccoon River Conference. Clarke Community is 5-16 on the season, and notched a record of 5-8 inside the South Central Conference.

On the year, Tiger senior Hudson Lorensen is averaging 22.4 points per game on 53 percent shooting from the floor and 95 percent from the free throw line. For the Indians, senior Ryan Diehl is sitting at 18.5 points per contest on 40 percent shooting from the field and is grabbing approximately 7 rebounds.

This will be the fifth time ADM and Clarke Community match up against one another, as the Tigers lead the historical series 4-0. The game will be played from ADM’s North Gym in Adel tonight, beginning at 7pm. Raccoon Valley Radio will broadcast the contest on K107.9 KKRF.
