Greene County had three girls receive recognition from the Heart of Iowa Activities Conference coaches. Senior Becca Anderson was named to the first All-Conference team with senior Kaycee Pittman and junior Makenna Ebersole on the Honorable Mention list. Anderson led the team in several categories including scoring at 14.3 points per game. The Rams scored 38.2 points per contest and went 6-17 overall and 3-15 in conference games. Anderson made 34.9% of her shots from the field for a team that shot less than 29% overall. She averaged 5.5 rebounds and 1.8 assists per contest.

Ebersole averaged 9.8 points and 9.3 rebounds per contest despite being outsized in the post nearly every contest. She led the Rams in rebounds by a wide margin. Pittman scored at a 7.9 points per game clip and led the team in assists at 2.2 per game.
